An estate plan is not a one and done process. Over time, the people in your life will change, and so will your assets. I recommend reviewing your estate plan every 5 years, or any time that you have an addition to or subtraction from your family. Real property (land) is transferred by a deed. I can prepare deeds to transfer your property into your Trust, from your estate to the heirs, or to your children with a life estate so you can stay in your home as long as you live.
