Courtney Scollard is an Estate Planning Attorney located in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Courtney graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2009 and began her legal career in the juvenile court system. She then transferred into collections and foreclosure law for several years. She then worked alongside a Veterans’ Advocate to set up trusts for veterans who were applying for the Veteran’s Aid and Attendance Benefit. This was the springboard that led to a full estate planning practice.
